This Bellevue home features a new front porch leading to a beautiful Thermatru Fiberclassic door system finished with a cherry stain and trimmed in bright brass with Schlage hardware. The bay window is a Crestline / Crestwood casement bay, which has a vinyl exterior and a wood interior. The vinyl exterior is very compatible with the rest of the windows which are Milgard Classic Vinyl. The transom window above the porch is also a Milgard, however the glass is custom art glass provided by Seattle Stained Glass.

Anderson Outswing Patio Doors are the best in the business and they have the test results to back it up. These doors are extremely weathertight and feature five point locking systems, hardware by Baldwin, natural wood interiors and the Flexicron finish to the exterior. Available in white, sandstone or terratone. Outswing patio doors are great when it comes to saving interior floor space. Retractable insect screens are available.

This mobile home in Everett has a completely updated look and is much more energy efficient with the insulated vinyl windows than it was with the old single pane aluminum windows which were replaced. No more mold and sweat!

These Insulate Industries vinyl windows are custom sized made to fit into the existing gable openings. When a home has this much glass the comfort level is going to rise drastically, imagine a home with out the drafts and the sweat and the mold.

Anderson Frenchwood Patio Doors are top of the line. The hinged doors feature five-point locking systems with hardware by Baldwin and come with maintenance free exteriors in white, sandstone or terratone. They are available with in-swing, out-swing or gliding panels and screens are always an option. I've yet to speak with an Andersen customer who didn't feel they've received the best value for their dollar available in today's market.

This bay window was built to the customers specs and involved our carpenters actually custom building the head and seat boards, which normally come with the bay window from the manufacturer. When you employ the best carpenters in the business almost anything is possible..

Often companies that do flangless installs try to sell their customers on the idea that it will look like new construction. If this angle fails them they typically resort to "fear tactics" saying things such as "you really don't want anyone cutting your siding!" Even though most of today's consumers see right through such an unprofessional approach we have posted the above photos for you consideration. The first two windows were professionally installed by Northwest Window and Door, the third photo is a window installed by one of our competitors. The houses neighbor each other and provide an excellent illustration of the issue. You be the judge.
