This Sweepstakes is open to WASHINGTON STATE RESIDENTS ONLY and within in our service area.

1. To enter, complete this entry form and deposit in the Northwest Window & Door Co. Sweepstakes repository provided. You may also obtain an official entry form by writing to the sponsor of the sweepstakes, Northwest Window & Door Co. 6601 220th St SW Ste 6. Mountlake Terrace, WA 98043. All entries must be mailed separately and be received by December 15, 2011. To enter by mail, mail the completed entry form to the above address. All entries must be received thirty (30) days prior to the drawing.

2. The Sweepstakes consists of several separate thematic presentations. Winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all entries received. Drawing will be conducted by an independent judging organization whose decisions are final on all matters relating to this sweepstakes. All prizes will be awarded and winners will be notified by telephone or in person. Sweepstakes open to homeowners within NORTHWEST WINDOW & DOOR'S exclusive territory only. One Entry per household. Limit one prize to an individual or household. Prizes are nontransferable and no substitutions are allowed. Sponsor and its agencies assume no liability for damages, losses, or injury resulting from acceptance or use of prizes. The sweepstakes is being used to identify potential customers. Taxes, if any are the responsibility of the individual winners.

In the event that the winner has purchased a NORTHWEST WINDOW & DOOR product between 1/1/11 and 12/15/11, that is all or part of their prize, said prizewinner may elect to receive the retail value of that prize in lieu of the product or other products.

Winner may be required to verify address or asked to execute an affidavit of eligibility within 14 days of notification attempt. Northwest Window & Door Co. is not responsible for lost, misdirected, illegible, or late mail entries.

3. Grand Entrants will be eligible to win one of three grand prizes:

Grand Prize #1: Energy Effect Vinyl windows installed for entire home (Limit, 10 white picture window or slider window units)
Grand Prize #2: New Entry Door system (choose from 3 pre-selected options)
Grand Prize #3: One Sunroom installed on existing foundation that meets building code requirements, maximum size up to 168 sq.ft., 3 5/8" wall system, single pane glass, standard transoms. Does not include: electrical service, utility moves, existing structure alteration, permit fees, survey fees, finished flooring, landscaping, skylights, ceiling fan, furniture or other options.

4. Sweepstakes only open to homeowners in the state of Washington, 18 years of age or older except employees or their families of NORTHWEST WINDOW & DOOR, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, and is subject to all federal, state, and local laws.

5. By providing your name and telephone number, you affirmatively request and expressly permit and authorize NORTHWEST WINDOW & DOOR employees or representatives to contact you via telephone and email to discuss your interest in our home improvement products.

6. By accepting one of the above mentioned grand prizes, you grant NORTHWEST WINDOW & DOOR permission to use your image or likeness for publicity or promotion without further compensation.
